Cancellation & Refund Policy
At JIVA Gosala, we deeply value your support and commitment towards the preservation and welfare of indigenous cow breeds. We strive to provide clarity and transparency in all our seva programs, donation processes, and other offerings. In case of dissatisfaction or an unintentional transaction, we provide options for cancellation and refund as outlined below:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of recurring sevas, monthly donation commitments, or any ongoing contribution-related services must be made at least seven (7) business days prior to the next billing cycle or seva date.
Any cancellation requests received less than seven (7) business days before the scheduled renewal or service will be considered effective for the following period.
Cancellation requests can be sent to our support email at [email protected], along with details of the transaction or seva registration.
REFUND POLICY
We are grateful for your seva and donations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with any contribution made due to technical errors, duplicate transactions, or genuine dissatisfaction, we are here to help.
Refunds for one-time donations or seva payments may be issued if requested within 30 days of the original transaction date, subject to review and approval.
The refund amount will be processed after deducting any applicable service charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs incurred by us during the transaction.
If the payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card/account used at the time of payment. For payments made via UPI, PayPal, or payment gateways like EBS, the refund will be credited to the same originating account.
EXCEPTIONS
Donations made as part of a special event, campaign, or limited-time seva initiative may not be eligible for a refund. Any such conditions will be clearly communicated on the respective pages.
In-kind donations, such as fodder, items, or volunteer services, are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

JIVA Gosala reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice by updating this page. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed about any updates. This policy is effective immediately.
